STUART RUSSELL B.E.M is the former Arts Ambassador of Fife, Scotland. He has won awards for his creative work, contributing to volunteering in Scotland since the age of 16. He is a successful artist, poet and writer in his own right and works hard to support the arts, with aims to make it more inclusive.
